Avoid touching the internal antenna of your phone
 As with any other radio transmitting device, do not touch the antenna unnecessarily when the device is switched on. Contact with the antenna affects call quality and may cause the device to operate at a higher power level than otherwise needed. Avoiding contact with the antenna area when operating the device optimizes the antenna performance and the battery life.
Automatic keyguard
To prevent the keys of your phone from being accidentally pressed, e.g. while in your bag or your pocket, use the automatic keypad lock.
Press Menu and select Settings, Phone settings, Automatic keyguard and On to activate the automatic keyguard. The phone displays Set delay:. Key in the time and press OK. You can set the time from 10 seconds to 59 minutes and 59 seconds. Note that answering a call does not require you to unlock the keyguard.
Delete recent calls
In some cases you might want to delete the information about your recent calls.
- To delete single calls, press Menu and select Call register, and Missed calls, Received calls or Dialled numbers. Press Options and select Delete.
- To reset the recent call lists, select Delete recent call lists in Call register, and then select which lists you want to reset.
Restore factory settings
To reset some of the menu settings to their original values, press Menu and select Settings and Restore factory set.. Key in the security code and press OK. The names and phone numbers saved in the phone book are not deleted.
Cost control
Would you like to know how much all these calls will cost you? Press Menu and select Settings, Cost settings and Call costs. This function shows the approximate cost of your last call or all calls in terms of units specified within the Show costs in function. Of course, the costs depend on your network operator and this is network service.
