Phone settings
Press Menu and select Settings, Phone settings and
- Language to select the language for the display texts.
- Keyguard settings. Select
- Automatic keyguard and On to activate the automatic keyguard.
The phone displays Set delay:. Key in the time and press OK. You can set the time from 10 seconds to 59 minutes and 59 seconds. To deactivate the automatic keyguard, select Off.
- Keyguard code to activate the security keyguard, key in the security code and press OK. After you have selected On, the phone asks for the security code every time you press Unlock. To deactivate the security keyguard, select Off.
- Network selection to set the phone to automatically select a cellular network available in your area, or you can select the network manually.
- Start-up tone to switch on or off the tone that sounds when the phone starts.
- Welcome note. You can key in a message that will be shown briefly on the display when the phone is switched on.
- Confirm SIM service actions. For more information, contact your service provider.

It is a code that helps to protect your phone against unauthorized use. It is supplied with the phone, and the preset code is 12345. |
