Nokia IP1280 is a highly versatile security appliance optimized for Check Point VPN-1 Power and Check Point VPN-1 UTM applications. It delivers up to 9 Gbps of firewall throughput performance and has capacity for 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports. Nokia IP1280 delivers the unique combination of high port density and performance in a two rack unit configuration.
This highly-versatile security platform supports multi-core technology and multi-processing applications, and allows further expandability and performance improvements through an add-on Nokia Accelerated Data Path (ADP) services module for 1 GbE or 10 GbE.
