You can make Internet calls to other Internet calling users, and to people with ordinary mobile phones and landlines. Internet calls made to other people using Internet calling do not typically incur any additional cost beyond what you are paying for Internet access, much in the same way that you don’t pay for sending individual emails over the Internet (check with your VoIP service provider for details). However, you will be charged by your VoIP service provider for Internet calls to ordinary landlines and mobiles. Remember that if you connect to the Internet via 3G instead of WLAN, you will also be charged by your network operator for the amount of data used for the call. Check your data plan for more detail.
