Nokia will provide users of Nokia Intellisync Call Connect 1.0 for Cisco with a free upgrade to Nokia Intellisync Call Connect 1.1, which contains both feature improvements and new benefits. Only a valid 1.1 license key is required; since 1.0 license keys are no longer used. If you have a support contract with Nokia, you will receive an Upgrade Letter in November 2007 with a new license key and instructions for downloading the 1.1 client.

Customers without an active support contract can activate the support by placing a purchase order through Nokia channel partners, and using the serial number as a reference. The serial number can be found within the order confirmation for Nokia Intellisync Call Connect 1.0 for Cisco. By the end of January 2008, Nokia will also send out an Upgrade Letter that contains the new license key and instructions for downloading the 1.1 client.

Please activate the support contract before the end of the year 2007 in order to be eligible for this free upgrade.
