Nokia IP290 is a UTM appliance designed for remote connectivity and perimeter security for small office and extended enterprise environments. The purpose-built Nokia IP290 platform, with Nokia IPSO secure OS and Check Point VPN-1 UTM, combines firewall, VPN, intrusion protection, anti-virus and web-filtering technologies, for a complete security solution. This powerful security appliance is offered in a small form factor with options for side-by-side redundancy in a single 1RU space, providing a low-cost/high availability solution ideal for IP Clustering Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) technologies.
