    Settings management - IBM Tivoli provides remote settings management compliant with the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA). Device settings parameters can be delivered over WLAN, SMS, GPRS or EGPRS.
    Software distribution - New software applications can be downloaded and installed remotely, over the Internet or via the cellular network.
    Inventory - Keeps a central record of installed software, current settings, and available memory in employees’ Nokia 9300 devices and Nokia 9500 Communicators.
  • Nokia Security Service Manager: designed specifically to address the initial deployment of Nokia Mobile VPN Client software and policies and the subsequent management of them. Offers a single point for the lifecycle management of security on Symbian OS-based mobile phones. Provisions and manages the security applications, security policies, automatic updates and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) requirements. Supported Nokia phones include Nokia 9500 Communicator, Nokia 9300, Nokia 6630, Nokia 7610, Nokia 6600, Nokia 3660 and N-Gage.
